It seems that Ciara has a summertime leather dress fetish. A grown and sexy one I might add.

Just last month to the BET Awards 2009, Ciara wore a ruched maroon leather Cynthia Steffe Fall 2009 dress that featured ruffles down the side -- paired with cotton candy pink Christian Louboutin sandals.

Over the weekend, Ciara rocked her new haircut to a Hollywood Foundation event honoring Michael J. Fox in LA . She matched it with a Rock & Republic Spring 2009 leather mini dress that featured an attached stole type bow -- paired with Rock & Republic’s “Athena” sandals.
