Celeb Style: Janet Jackson "Make Me" Retro 80's Look Not surprising at all that Janet Jackson opted for the popular fall 2009 padded shoulders, retro 80's look for her new video 'Make Me', it totally fits her style and background.  She even took her hair there in several scenes.
