Beyonce is the latest celebrity to join forces with First Lady Michelle Obama and the National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation (NABEF), in an effort to encourage children to stay active, and eat healthy foods.

As part of her involvement, Beyoncé has re-written and re-recorded one of her songs, “Get Me Bodied,” to make it more kid-friendly, just for this special event. She has also put together an instructional video demonstrating the dance routine, which is shown in the video below.

The movement, called the “Let’s Move! Flash Workout” aims to support the first lady’s “Let’s Move” campaign to decrease childhood obesity.

“I am excited to be part of this effort that addresses a public health crisis,” Beyoncé said in a statement. “First Lady Michelle Obama deserves credit for tackling this issue directly, and I applaud the NAB Education Foundation for trying to make a positive difference in the lives of our school children.”
