Salary Depending on Experience?

Yeah Right. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that there’s discrimination between blacks and whites in the work force. Blacks have been denied jobs over whites since jobs have been jobs on the market.

Jeffrey Grogger at the University of Chicago finds the time to conduct an interesting new research which compares the wages of people who “sound black” to those that don’t.

The only thing that bothers me about this is that I honestly don’t know what he means when he says “sound black”. Well actually I do, it means exactly what it sounds like. “Racist”.

To make the findings balance out between whites and blacks, and not make it seem as if the work force is racist, the study also shows that even whites that don’t sound white tend to make less than those that do sound white. Whatever that means.
