I recently discovered this delicious breakfast recipe, and found it to be good enough to add to my list of favorites. At first I was a little reluctant to try baking my eggs rather than frying them, but it looked so good, and it seemed so simple, I just had to experiment.
The best part about these breakfast bites is you can use your imagination and add just about anything you like. Of course, for people on the go, the less ingredients you use, the quicker they are to make. But, don’t limit yourself. And to keep it healthy and low in calories, don’t overdo it either.
