Alicia Keys was spotted backstage at the Alexander Wang Fall 2011 fashion show during MBFW in New York on Feb. 12, which was held at Pier 94. And, respectfully so, she was wearing pieces from the late designers Spring /Summer 2011 collection. The shoes, which are reminiscent of a clog /bootie, provides a real military chic feel to the overall look.
