Beyonce Knowles launched her new “Pulse” fragrance yesterday (Sept. 21) at the Dream Downtown's Penthouse in NYC. Keeping in line with her icey blue Pulse fragrance theme, Beyonce shimmered and shined in a midnight blue Roberto Cavalli ensemble consisting of a sheer, sequin tunic and sequin tuxedo style blazer.
“I always meet strong, powerful women and they always have a signature scent,” said Beyonce. “That is one of the first things I was so proud of. I thought about Diamonds and Elizabeth Taylor and all these icons, so I am so proud of this.”
Solange Knowles was also in attendance rocking a multi-color tie-dyed dress, paired with Alexander Wang Mirrored Loafers.
