Nicki Minaj ruffles a few feathers for Elle magazine’s May 2011 “Women In Music” issue, which is set to hit stands April 12. She’s wearing a flirty, cut-out, feather dress by designer Mark Fast, from the Spring 2011 collection.
Back in January, Minaj also featured on the cover of V magazine’s “Spring 2011 Preview” issue. Inside she wore another cut-out, feather design by Mark Fast – Spring 2011 (shown below).
