She admitted during an interview with E-Online that she wanted to really be seen and receive some attention.
And not to be completely outdone by Perry, Rihanna kicked off her UK Arena tour in Birmingham, England by lighting up the LG Arena stage on May 7, 2010 in a luxe glow in the dark dress that features wide shoulders and a sheer bottom half.
With all the light up shoes, glow-in-the-dark dresses, and over-the-top sunglasses, fashion is really traveling fast into the future.
