Jill Scott has a new sound and a new look. The new Jill is featured on the cover of Ebony magazine’s new June 2011 Music Issue. Her fresh, natural looking makeup was done by celebrity makeup artist Mylah Morales. The look was created by using the much talked about Paris makeup brand blackUp Cosmetics (made with women of all shades of color in mind).
