When I look at certain natural styles, I can't help but think back to (here) when rap recording artist Method Man said he prefers women who “get their hair did.” He really “upset the rhythm” for natural hair sisters who took offense.
Straight to the point, there are many natural hairstyles that I like, but there are just as many that I don't, because as Method Man pointed out, they appear to be “undid.” The photo to the left of Shingai Shoniwa is one example.
Shingai Shoniwa is the lead singer of the UK based group, the “Noisettes,” and while the one photo of her hair seems a little unkempt, she wears quite a few natural hairstyles that seem pretty well done and look decent, having each their own shape, form, and fashion. Shoniwa is a fine example of someone who really rocks natural hair. I am so not mad at her.
