Denzel Washington and Viola Davis are happy campers this evening, as they both snagged Tony Awards at the 64th Annual Tony Awards held at Radio City Music Hall on June 13, 2010 in New York City.
They win for Best Performance by a Leading Actor & Best Performance by a Leading Actress in a Play for their work in the Broadway revival of August Wilson’s Fences.
While Viola Davis already has a Tony Award under her belt, this makes Denzel’s first Tony Award win.
