We always here about racist wrongdoings towards African Americans, and how corporate america capitalizes on our beauty in all sorts of ways. But, not this time. A cosmetics company decided to poke some fun at white people and their need for sunscreen products more than black people.
In a beach setting, the commercial shows a group of black Australian men cracking jokes on white skin. The hidden message is everybody needs protection from the hot sun, even the darkest of skin tones which provides natural protection from the melanin in their skin.
