George Zimmerman Arrested and Charged With 2nd Degree Murder

Good news for the millions of Americans waiting for justice to be served for Trayvon Martin. Today, George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch captain who admits he shot the unarmed Florida teenager Trayvon Martin, was charged with murder and has been taken into custody.

The charge of second degree murder was brought by special prosecutor Angela Corey, according to the Associated Press. She is expected to announce the charges during a 6 p.m. news conference.
