A graphic video showing several Houston police officers stomping and kicking a 15-year-old after he surrendered has been released for the public to see.
The incident occurred in March 2010, and since then, the mayor, district attorney, and police chief did everything within their power to keep the public from viewing the crime scene.
Community activist Quanell X, who obtained the video says: “I got the tape legally so sit back and watch your television tonight, like everybody else in this city, because we are all going to see what's going on.”
