The Home Shopping Network (HSN) and Carol's Daughter are really pushing their promotional efforts to the limits with its latest campaign. The two have joined forces for a one-of-a-kind hair care collection created in the spirit of the film, which stars Viola Davis, who has already confessed to having issues with playing the role of a black maid in 2011.
Much love to Carol's Daughter and all the shine her products receive over others on the market, and it should be interesting to see what the brand has in mind for new kinky hair care. But, as far as a collection inspired by the days of the mammy, correct me if I'm wrong, Madam C.J. Walker already has that on lock.
