First of all, some of you may have already known, but I never knew comedian Sommore and Nia Long were sisters. I also had no idea the state declared Sommore crazy as a child and placed her on medication for hitting a kid in the head with click clack balls. At-least that's what one of her old childhood friends had to say in an old 2008 interview I happened to stumble across. “Everyone knew she took her second pill after 3pm,” the friend said, referring to Sommore.
To add to the madness, camp friends used to refer to Nia Long as “Walmart,” because everyone thought “Walmart” was her last name by the team jersey's she wore all summer long with that name on the back. The interview is pure comedy, you can read it in its entirety here.
