Dark Girls is the latest documentary, which aims to tackle the ongoing issue many black women have with the color of their skin, by getting down to the nitty-gritty of how dark-skinned women really feel.
In a reminiscent-type approach, Dark Girls allow women to share their stories on how it was growing up being dark-skinned, and the effects it had and in some cases still has today. The film is set to be released in Fall/Winter 2011 (watch trailer below).
