For Mothers Day, Jada Pinkett Smith, her mother Adrienne Banfield-Jones, and her daughter Willow decided to have a “Red Table Discussion.” The conversations they shared during the therapeutic session including serious topics on life, love, family and relationships.
The purpose of the “Red Table Discussion” was to to openly communicate with one another, and share whatever feelings that each of the three may be holding inside that need to be let go of, in order to move on and maintain balance in their lives.
“My belief is that communication is the best way to create strong relationships of all kinds,” said Jada, and her mother Adrienne, along with her daughter Willow both agree.
