Essence takes us behind the scenes of Kelly’s photo shoot, where celebrity hairstylist Ted Gibson prepares her to grace the pages. But, there’s something about Kelly’s hair that rubs me the wrong way. Maybe it’s the fact that I’m not that into to bedhead hairstyles, or maybe it’s the fact that I’m not a big fan of the way Ted Gibson styles African American hair. Whatever the case, I’ll let you draw your own conclusions as to whether you like it, love it, or choose to leave it be.
