Lil Kim Invests In Recession Proof Salon Care Business

October 5, 2015

Lil Kim has teamed up with her cousin (business owner, entrepreneur and motivational speaker) Katrise Jones, to expand the salon chain, Salon Se Swa. Jones, who opened the first Salon Se Swa in 2004 in Raleigh, North Carolina and has since opened locations in both Charlotte and Rocky Mount, NC, plans to expand the popular salon nationwide with the help of new co-owner, Lil’ Kim.

Lil Kim has always played a big part in the hair and fashion scene, so it should be interesting to see how all the advertising goes for her new business venture. I’m sure she’ll try hard to set a few trends.

Information From The Salon Se Swa Website:

Salon Se Swa utilizes a unique business model by keeping its prices recession proof without sacrificing quality or superior customer service. They currently offer a full range of services for both men and women, and prices range from $10 for haircuts; $10 for wash and set, and $35 and up for perms.

Salon Se Swa believes in giving back and is actively involved in community outreach programs, donating to charity and helping families in need. The opening of additional salons will not only provide more opportunities for affordable hair care for women across the United States, but will also generate numerous jobs, which is another way of giving back and desperately needed in this current economic climate. Salon Se Swa is planning to expand into the New York market in the near future; franchise opportunities are available.
