The once anti-fur PETA campaigner who claimed that she would rather go naked than wear fur has made it perfectly clear that she’s had a change of heart by stepping out with her gorgeous billionaire boyfriend wearing a design from the latest Dolce and Gabbana Fall 2009 collection.
