ABUSE: Officer Punches Woman In The Face After Minor Traffic Stop

A Seattle police officer was caught on tape punching a woman in the face on June 15, during an altercation that occurred after the woman was stopped for jay-walking. There are some who feel the officer's actions were warranted because the woman was resisting arrest, but what exactly did she do for the officer to "Chris Brown" her like that? Since when does minor resisting cause for a man to punch a woman in the face?
