Obama: No Excuse for Excessive Police Violence in Ferguson

On Monday 8/18/2014, President Barack Obama addressed the frustrations of the residents in Ferguson, MO. He urged protesters to remain peaceful while the situation is currently being investigated. Obama also spoke on the unnecessary excessive force currently being used by law enforcement as tensions remain high in the city following the shooting last week of Michael Brown, an unarmed 18-year-old.
