Paris Fashion Week: Jean Paul Gaultier Fall 2012 Collection Review

Jean-Paul Gaultier did a lot of things different with his Fall 2012 collection during Paris Fashion Week. The sporty, retro, street-chic collection consisted of skinny leg pants, mid-length and floor-length dresses and skirts, opera gloves, and bracelets with clutch attachments, wedge heels, and a variety of coats and jackets.

Heavily in line with gold metallic, black leather, and colorful fur trends, Jean-Paul Gaultier played around with lots of punk, graffiti designs, dark, gothic looks, exotic styles and print patterns.

While many of the pieces can be worn without fear, if worn individually, daring and outdone is an understatement with a lot of the art-filled pieces, when worn together.
