Teri Woods, the New York Times bestselling author of “True To The Game” gives you the scoop on how she started her career by selling books from the trunk of her car.
I absolutely love this video, because it's just what the title of her book suggests, “True To The Game.” If you've ever been posted up outside trying to sell something, you will know exactly what she is talking about when she points out prime targets and bad apples. If you haven't ever done any street vending and are considering it, just take note. It's a hard job, but somebody's gotta do it.
One thing to keep in mind however, you never should judge a person by how they look, because you just never know who they are or what they will support. The more people you find ways to just talk to, the more money you WILL make money.
By the way, I've read Teri Woods book, “True To The Game” and many others, including “Dutch (the series),” and “Angel.” I love her work.
