The Lena Horne Story, As Told By Her Daughter, Gail Buckley

Lena Horne, who shifted long-standing racial boundaries in Hollywood in the 1940s and went on to even bigger fame with records and television, was remembered at her funeral Mass on Friday as an unforgettable performer and a fiercely determined campaigner for civil rights. Ms. Horne died on Sunday. She was 92.
