News that celebrity hairstylist Dariel Pulliam passed away this morning (April 5) from an alleged staph infection hit the internet by storm. The news was first reported by one of his close friends via the social networking site Twitter, and it comes as a total shock.
Dariel recently attended Design Essentials' 1st Annual Trends and Tresses event on March 21, and seemed excited to have so much to look forward to with his career (see possibly his last interview here). His unfortunate and untimely death, at the age of 29, is a real wake-up call to us all, that life is precious today, but not promised to us tomorrow.
A friend of Dariel's dedicated the following video, with actress /recording artist Taral Hicks, singing “Troubles of The World” by Mahalia Jackson, to him. May He Rest In Peace.
