Gary Coleman is dead. He was taken off life support on Friday morning and passed away, radaronline.com reports. His wife Shannon Price and her father were there at the hospital with him.

After being hospitalized on Wednesday, Gary Coleman is now on life support and unconscious, according to The Associated Press. He reportedly fell and suffered from an intracranial hemorrhage at his home outside of Salt Lake City.
In a statement to E! Online Coleman's manager, John Alcantar, said that right now the actor needs “thoughts and prayers” from his fans after his condition took a turn for the worse.

Reports are circulating that former child television star Gary Coleman is in critical condition near his Utah home.
Utah Valley Regional Medical Center spokeswoman Janet Frank said Coleman, 42, was admitted to the Provo facility on Wednesday but she couldn't release any other details.
Coleman, who has had continuing ill health from the kidney disease he suffered as a child, has had at least two kidney transplants throughout the years and has ongoing dialysis. In February, Coleman suffered a seizure on the set of “The Insider,” and in addition to financial problems and domestic issues, last Fall Coleman also suffered pneumonia as the result of complications from heart surgery.
