It’s been three years since Solange Knowles has been on the music scene, but she’s back with a brand new look, and a brand new sound for her latest track ‘Losing You.’
For a teaser of her new work, Solange and her team take us behind the scenes of the ‘Losing You’ video shoot. The visuals for this piece are a reflection of Solange’s transformation into natural hairstyles, and 1960’s fashion, with a variety of mixed and African prints.
The colorful looks created in the video were all inspired by artist Mickalene Thomas, and represent a mix of cultures. Designers chosen for the wardrobe include Opening Ceremony, Kenzo, Diane Von Furstenberg, J.Crew, Suno, and DVF.
