Tyra Banks on Beauty and Just Doing You Ebony Magazine shoots Tyra Banks for their December issue. During this video you can see some behind the scenes while the shoot was in progress.  Tyra speaks really well on issues with girls with low self esteem and things that she has done to try and show her help and support.  She also gives up secrets on beauty (both outer and inner) as well as maintaining your body image. I think the most important thing Tyra had to say is that YOU HAVE TO FIND TIME FOR YOURSELF AND TAKE CARE OF YOU. That is VERY important.  I happen to feel the same way.
