DJ Kaskade screamed “Block Party” via his twitter page, and it seems just about everybody in Los Angeles literally came running like they had nothing better to do.
By the time @kaskade arrived on the scene, it was much more than he bargained for, as thousands had showed up for his experimental event. According to several reports, police were in full riot gear from fear of the sudden rush of people that appeared out of nowhere.
I just can't stop laughing at the .26 mark, where it shows a group who came in costume beginning to dance in circles, like it was some type of major holiday. UNBELIEVABLE
