Rapper Big Boi premiered the visuals for his latest track Mama Told Me ft. Kelly Rowland yesterday Nov. 22 via Youtube. Directed by Syndrome, this extremely fun, colorful, and futuristic video, is filled with 80's inspired fashion and electro funk.
The message in the song is clear: Listen to your mama, she gives the best advice!
“The song was basically just owed to my mom,” said Big Boi in a behind the scenes interview. “It's a lot of stuff she taught me coming up stuck with me and made me the man that I am today.”
The song is off of Big Boi's latest album 'Vicious Lies And Dangerous Rumors,' due in stores December 11, 2012.
